Peter is a 19-year-old, up and coming Kiwi race car driver. He is currently competing in his 2nd year of the NZ Toyota Gazoo Racing 86 Championship after coming 4th in his rookie season. Vodanovich currently leads the championship, racing the #84 Nexen Tyre Toyota 86.
Despite being considered the 'underdog' as he started his career on simulators rather than the traditional go-karting path, Peter has proven the potential to excel on the world stage. This potential has been recognised by the likes of former V8 Supercar driver Paul Morris, as Peter recently joined the Paul Morris Academy.
In July 2019 Peter was announced as the winner of the 'Class of 2018' Elite Motorsport Academy. Brendon Hartley (F1), Mitch Evans (Formula E), Earl Bamber (Porsche), and Shane Van Gisbergen (GT3 Racing and V8SC) are some of the past graduates that have gone on to excel in motorsport.
